We have qualified nurses who are trained to look after patient medication, health and wellbeing as well and support patient to participate in their activities of daily living. Our services start from providing 24 hours care 7 days a week, we can support patient with cooking, personal care, shopping and support patient to engage with the social activities. We have a befriender services, we have peer support team, and we are able to tailor patient care plan according to their needs.
